Delivery & Service Policy

CureVigor sells digital products only. We do not sell or ship physical goods. This page explains how your delivery after payment is going to be done.

How Digital Products Are Delivered

All CureVigor products are PDF digital downloads. After your payment is confirmed, delivery happens in one of two ways:

Automatic delivery: An email is sent to the address you provided at checkout. This email contains your download link. Click the link to download your PDF file immediately.

WooCommerce account: If you created an account at checkout, you can also access your purchased downloads at any time by logging into your account at curevigor.com → My Account → Downloads.

Delivery Time

Delivery is instant — your download link is generated automatically as soon as payment is confirmed. In most cases you will receive your email within 2-5 minutes of completing your purchase.

If you do not receive your download email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at curevigor@gmail.com with your order number.

Download Availability

Your download link is valid for 5 attempts and 1 year from the date of purchase. If you need to re-download after this period, contact us and we will reactivate your link.

We recommend saving your downloaded PDF to your device, Google Drive, or Dropbox immediately after downloading, this way you always have a copy regardless of link expiry.

Supported File Format

All products are delivered as PDF files. PDF files can be opened on any device using the following:

• Adobe Acrobat Reader (free — acrobat.adobe.com)
• Any web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) — just open the file
• Apple Books or Google Play Books on mobile
• Any PDF reader app on Android or iOS

If you have difficulty opening your file, email us and we will help you find a solution.

No Physical Shipping

CureVigor does not ship physical products. No postal address is required at checkout. There are no shipping fees, customs charges, or delivery wait times. Everything is digital and instant.
